A much-sought book, out of print and hard to find!

The AOC has been fortunate to receive a small number of lightly-used second hand copies directly from author Dr Elizabeth Smith. These copies came from the publisher without dust wrappers, and Elizabeth has used them over the years during collaborations with visiting researchers. There is light wear to the edges of the hard covers. They have facsimile dust jackets (scanned and reprinted from the original cover).
